Return Policy

Return Policy at www.priyazgallery.com :

In case of any defects/genuine fault in goods, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods. Defective goods can be returned to our office at Sikar, Rajasthan, India.

Poonam Creations have full discretionary right to cancel the order anytime. Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 3 days of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.

If the products get damaged or stained during transit by the shipping company or any other reason, Poonam Creations can not be held liable. Those products won't be returned or exchanged.

Return or Exchange because of disliking the products won't be accepted back or exchanged. There may be slight color variation in image and actual due to photograhic effect and mobile screen resolution. In case of bandhani products thread holes and hand dyeing imperfection is unavoidable. No returns on this basis will be entertained.

We do not accept any returns after 3 days of receiving the shipment.

All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the dress. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns.

Returns would not be accepted for customized products.


Refunds on return :

Exchange of product is allowed up to the product costs. Shipping charges if any are not reimbursed. Refunds are not allowed.
